Renewal Acupuncture's goal is to help you attain better health through Traditional Chinese Medicine, and also through discussing diet and lifestyle.

Please fill out the patient paperwork that is here on the website.  You can print them out and fill them in.  If you do not have access to a printer, please come 15 minutes prior to your appointment. 

 

The first visit will be 80-90 minutes.  It will include a consultation and acupuncture treatment.  During the consultation, Tessa will go over your health history and ask you questions about your health history and current health condition.  You can also ask questions during this time.  Once Tessa has diagnosed you in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she will decide what will be the best treatment for you.  Your treatment may include acupuncture plus electrostimulation or she might choose to add cupping, moxabustion, or tui na massage. All of these treatment modalities depends on what she feels is the best treatment for your health condition.

 

If possible please wear loose fitting clothing, and eat prior to your appointment.
